学校食堂餐用具消毒管理规范
1范围
本文件规定了学校食堂餐用具消毒的场所与布局、设施与设备、卫生管理、洗涤剂和消毒剂、过程
管理、安全性评价与记录的要求。
本文件适用于各级各类学校(含幼儿园)食堂及学校集体用餐配送单位的餐用具消毒管理。
