扭矩扳子检定规程
1范围
本规程适用于扭矩扳子、扭矩螺丝刀、其他结构形式的带有扭矩测量机构的拧紧计
量器具(含附件)的首次检定、后续检定和使用中检验。

3概述
3.1用途
扭矩扳子是一种带有扭矩测量机构的拧紧计量器具,它用于紧固螺栓和螺母,并能
测量出拧紧时的扭矩值。
3.2分类
扭矩扳子按所使用的动力源,一般分为手动、电动、气动和液压四大类;按制造、
测量原理一般分为示值式和预置式两种;示值式又可分为指针式和数字式;预置式又可
分为机械式和电子式。
4计量性能要求
示值相对误差、示值重复性、示值分辨力
扭矩扳子的扭矩示值相对误差、示值重复性和分辨力应符合表1要求。
