前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规

定起草。

本文件是GB/T6974《起重机术语》的第3部分。GB/T6974已经发布了以下部分:

——第1部分:通用术语;

——第2部分:流动式起重机;

——第3部分:塔式起重机;

——第4部分:臂架起重机;

——第5部分:桥式和门式起重机;

——第6部分:铁路起重机;

——第7部分:浮式起重机。

本文件代替GB/T6974.3—2008《起重机术语第3部分:塔式起重机》,与GB/T6974.3—

2008相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:

a)更改了范围(见第1章,2008年版的第1章);

b)增加了术语“组装式塔式起重机”“自行架设式塔式起重机”和“流动式自行架设的塔式起重

机”及其定义(见3.1.1、3.1.2和3.1.3);

c)更改了不同类型的塔式起重机的示例图(见第5章,2008年版的第4章)。

本文件等同采用ISO4306⁃3:2016《起重机术语第3部分:塔式起重机》。

本文件增加了“规范性引用文件”一章。

请注意本文件的某些内容可能涉及专利。本文件的发布机构不承担识别专利的责任。

引言

术语的标准化是标准化活动的基础。GB/T6974《起重机术语》作为起重机专业领域的术语标

准,在提升起重机标准化水平,保证术语的一致性和逻辑的完整性,提升概念体系间以及不同语种术语

间的协调性,促进技术交流和商贸合作等方面发挥着重要作用。GB/T6974拟由9个部分构成。

——第1部分:通用术语。目的在于规范适用于起重机行业领域的通用术语和定义。

——第2部分:流动式起重机。目的在于规范流动式起重机相关的术语和定义。

——第3部分:塔式起重机。目的在于规范塔式起重机相关的术语和定义。

——第4部分:臂架起重机。目的在于规范臂架起重机相关的术语和定义。

——第5部分:桥式和门式起重机。目的在于规范桥式和门式起重机相关的术语和定义。

——第6部分:铁路起重机。目的在于规范铁路起重机相关的术语和定义。

——第7部分:浮式起重机。目的在于规范浮式起重机相关的术语和定义。

——第8部分:缆索起重机。目的在于规范缆索起重机相关的术语和定义。

——第9部分:电气。目的在于规范起重机电气相关的术语和定义。

起重机术语第3部分:塔式起重机

1范围

ISO4306界定了起重机领域最常用的术语词汇。

本文件界定了塔式起重机的通用定义,并通过使用带有标引序号的示例图说明了每种类型塔式起

重机所使用的术语。

本文件适用于:

——可组装与拆卸的塔式起重机(借助部件或自行架设的起重机);

——永久性安装的塔式起重机;

——流动式自行架设的塔式起重机。

本文件不适用于:

——流动式起重机;

——带或不带臂架的安装桅杆。

3术语和定义

下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

3.1

塔式起重机towercrane

臂架位于在工作位置保持基本垂直的塔身顶部的动力驱动的回转臂架起重机。

注:塔式起重机配有悬挂载荷升降的装置,并通过变幅、回转或整机行走来移动载荷。某些塔式起重机只实现部分

动作而不是全部动作。

组装式塔式起重机towercraneerectedfromparts

分成多个部件被运输到现场并使用单独的起重设备进行架设的塔式起重机(3.1),这类起重机的

设计允许其在非工作状态仍处于安装位置,被拆卸后转移至另一现场。

3.1.2

自行架设式塔式起重机self⁃erectingtowercrane

被运输到现场并且几乎所有的架设不需要使用单独的起重设备的塔式起重机(3.1),这类起重机

的设计允许其在非工作状态仍处于安装位置,被放低后转移至另一现场。

3.1.3

流动式自行架设的塔式起重机mobileself⁃erectingtowercrane

安装在自行式或拖车式底盘上的自行架设式塔式起重机(3.1.2)。
