前言

根据安徽省市场监督管理局《安徽省市场监督管理局关于下达

2018年第三批安徽省地方标准制修订计划的函》(皖市监函〔2019〕

10号)的要求,编制本规程。规程编制组经广泛的调查研究,认

真总结实践经验,参考国内外有关标准,并在广泛征求意见的基础

上,编制了本规程。

本规程共分9章,主要内容有:1.总则;2.术语和符号;3.基

本规定;4.材料;5.结构设计;6.节点与连接;7.生产与运输;8.安

装;9.验收。

本规程由安徽省住房和城乡建设厅负责管理,委托合肥工业大

学负责对条文和具体技术内容的解释。在执行过程中如有意见或建

1总则

1.0.1为在工业和民用建筑中合理应用装配式钢-混叠合柱框

架结构,做到安全可靠、技术先进、经济合理、方便施工,制定

本规程。

1.0.2本规程适用于抗震设防烈度为6~8度的工业与民用建筑

采用装配式钢-混叠合柱框架结构的设计、制作安装、验收和维

护。

1.0.3装配式钢-混叠合柱框架结构技术规程的设计、制作、施

工和验收,除应符合本规程规定外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准

的规定。

2术语和符号

2.1术语

2.1.1钢管混凝土叠合柱steeltube-reinforcedconcretecolumn

由中部钢管混凝土柱和钢管外钢筋混凝土叠合而成,并在工

厂预制化生产的柱,简称叠合柱。

2.1.2部分包覆钢-混凝土组合梁partially-encasedsteel-concrete

compositebeam

在开口截面钢梁外周轮廓间包覆混凝土,通过抗剪连接件或

其它可靠措施保证钢与混凝土共同工作,并在工厂预制化生产的

组合梁,简称PEC组合梁。

2.1.3装配式钢-混叠合柱框架结构prefabricatedsteeltube–

reinforcedconcretecolumnframestructure

叠合柱与框架梁(即预制钢筋混凝土梁、钢梁、PEC组合梁)

组成的装配式框架结构,简称装配式叠合柱框架结构。

2.1.4含管率steeltubearearatio

叠合柱的钢管面积与柱全截面面积的比值。

2.1.5套箍指标confinementcoefficient

构件截面中钢管面积、钢材抗拉(抗压)强度设计值乘积与

混凝土面积、混凝土轴心抗压强度设计值乘积之比。

2.2符号

2.2.1作用效应和抗力

M——正弯矩设计值;

Mbua——钢梁或部分包覆钢-混凝土组合梁设计受弯承载力;

ΣMc——节点上下柱端截面顺时针或反时针方向组合的弯矩

设计值之和;

Mf——翼缘承担的弯矩;

Ms——全螺栓拼接节点的承载力;

Mu——截面受弯承载力设计值;

Mw——腹板承担的弯矩;

My——梁端弯矩;

N——叠合柱的轴力设计值;

No——钢管混凝土短柱轴心受压承载力设计值;

Ny——全螺栓拼接处梁上翼缘平行于梁轴线的力;

P——高强螺栓设计预拉力;

S——地震作用效应与其他荷载效应的基本组合;

SEK——罕遇地震作用标准值的效应;

SEhk——水平地震作用标准值的效应;

SEvk——竖向地震作用标准值的效应;

SGE——重力荷载代表值的效应;

Swk——风荷载标准值的效应;

V——剪力设计值;

V1——单个腹板螺栓的剪力;

Δue——风荷载或多遇地震标准值产生的楼层内最大弹性层

间水平位移;

Δup——弹塑性层间位移;

θ——节点的转角;

[θe]——弹性层间位移角限值;

[θp]——弹塑性层间位移角限值。

Ea——钢材的弹性模量;

Eco——钢管外混凝土弹性模量;

Eci——钢管内混凝土弹性模量;

I——截面惯性矩;

Ia——钢管截面惯性矩;

Ici——钢管内混凝土截面惯性矩;

Ico——钢管外混凝土截面惯性矩;

lbo,1——上部第一排螺栓至钢梁下翼缘中心的距离;

lbo,m——上部第m排螺栓中心至受压中心的距离;

lr——钢筋中心至钢梁下翼缘中心的距离;

l0——叠合柱长度;

pi——第i排螺栓与i+1排螺栓间的距离;

p1——第1排螺栓中心至钢梁下翼缘内表面的距离;

S——全螺栓拼接中心到柱表面距离;

Sat、Sac——受拉区钢梁截面、受压区梁截面对组合截面塑性中

和轴的面积矩;

tbw——钢梁腹板的厚度;

tcs——钢管壁的厚度;

tf——翼缘的厚度;

Xb——柱壁两列单边螺栓孔中心水平向间距;对于圆截面

钢管,Xb表示柱壁两列单边螺栓孔中心之间的水平

向弧长;

Xcsl——混凝土楼板的受压区高度;

Xcbw——钢梁腹板实际受压高度;

x——组合截面中和轴至混凝土受压边缘的距离;

xcbf——钢梁上翼缘受压区高度;

Yb——柱壁单边螺栓孔中心的竖向距离;

zep——等效作用点至钢梁下翼缘中心的距离;

zi——第i排螺栓至钢梁下翼缘中心的距离;

zr——混凝土楼板中有效纵向受力钢筋至钢梁下翼缘中心

ρa——叠合柱钢管含管率;

α1——受压区混凝土压应力影响系数;

kcwi——第i排螺栓处柱侧壁抗拉刚度系数;

kcfi——第i排螺栓处柱翼缘壁抗拉刚度系数;

kepi——第i排螺栓处端板抗拉刚度系数;

kep——组合节点的等效抗拉刚度系数;

kr——混凝土楼板中有效纵向受力钢筋的抗拉刚度系数;

k——截面形状系数;

m——端板形状系数;

3基本规定

3.0.1装配式叠合柱框架结构标准设防类房屋适用的最大高度

应符合表3.0.1的规定,且结构中设置叠合柱的高度不宜小于房

屋总高度的2/3。

3.0.2装配式叠合柱框架结构的抗震等级应根据其抗震设防类

别、设防烈度、结构类型和房屋高度确定,并应符合《建筑抗震

设计规范》GB50011和《装配式混凝土结构技术规程》JGJ1等

国家现行标准有关框架结构的规定。装配式叠合柱框架结构标准

设防类房屋抗震等级应按表3.0.2确定。
