3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本文件。

多灾种multi⁃disasters
既定地方发生的、造成损害在一定程度之上的所有自然灾害,以及引发的次生灾害。
3.2
跨灾种cross⁃disasters
管理和处置具有耦合关系的多个灾种形成的综合对象。
示例:跨灾种监测、跨灾种预警。
3.3
灾害链disasterchain
因一种灾害发生而引起的一系列灾害发生的现象。
注:所发生的灾害间存在链式关联关系,具备诱生性、时序性和扩围性特征。灾害链的监测预警是跨灾种监测预警
的重要部分。
3.4
灾害配置管理数据库disasterconfigurationmanagementdatabase
用于构建与存储一个灾害或一系列关联灾害的组成元素、承灾体元素和灾害控制元素的所有相关
信息,以及这些元素之间的关联关系的软件系统。
