前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规
定起草。
本文件修改采用IEC62928:2017《轨道交通机车车辆车载牵引锂离子电池》。
本文件与IEC62928:2017相比做了下述结构调整:
——第4章对应IEC62928:2017中的3.2;
——第5章对应IEC62928:2017中的第4章,后续章条依序调整;
——附录B对应IEC62928:2017中的附录A;
——附录D对应IEC62928:2017中的附录B。
本文件与IEC62928:2017相比,存在较多技术差异,在所涉及的条款的外侧页边空白位置用垂直
单线(|)进行了标示。这些技术性差异及其原因一览表见附录A。
本文件做了下列编辑性改动:
——增加了“单体电池和电池系统名称”“系统配置”中的注(见8.2、13.1.2);
——删除了IEC62928:2017中6.2、13.3中的“注”(见7.2、14.3);
——增加了附录A(资料性)“技术差异及其原因一览表”。

1范围
本文件规定了轨道交通机车车辆车载牵引锂离子电池的设计、运行参数、安全要求、数据交换、出
厂检验和型式检验以及型号和标记,描述了相应的试验方法。
本文件适用于轨道交通机车车辆的车载牵引锂离子电池。
本文件中的电池系统指作为轨道交通机车车辆牵引动力的能量存储系统,如IEC62864⁃1:2016
所定义的混合动力车辆,不包含应用在辅助电源中的锂离子电池。
电池系统中的子组件,如电池管理系统和电池热管理系统,也包含在本文件中。
功率变流设备(如斩波器、变流器等)、电感器、电容器和开关柜不属于本文件的范围。
车载能量存储系统的一般要求见IEC62864⁃1:2016。
本文件具体规定了锂离子电池技术,但并不妨碍使用锂离子电池技术以外的其他技术作为牵引电
池应用。
混合储能系统使用两种或两种以上的储能技术,如牵引电池和双电层电容器,不在本文件范围内。
但是,若在同一列车上使用不同的储能系统技术并进行独立管理,则每个独立的储能系统都满足各自
的标准。
