4原理

牙膏中6﹘甲基香豆素、二氢香豆素、7﹘甲基香豆素、7﹘甲氧基香豆素、7﹘乙氧基﹘4﹘甲基香豆素经甲

醇提取后,采用高效液相色谱﹘二极管阵列检测器检测,以保留时间和光谱图定性,外标法定量。

5试剂和材料

5.1除另有说明,所用试剂均为色谱纯,水为符合GB/T6682要求的一级水。

5.2甲醇。

5.3乙腈。

5.4磷酸:分析纯。

5.5甲酸。

5.60.1%(体积分数)磷酸溶液:取1mL磷酸(5.4),加入999mL水(5.1),混合均匀。

5.720%(体积分数)甲醇溶液:准确量取20mL甲醇(5.2),加水(5.1)至100mL,混合均匀。
