重大突发公众卫生事件majorpublichealthemergency

突然发生,造成或者可能造成社会公众健康严重损害的重大传染病疫情、群体性不明原因疾病、重

大食物和职业中毒以及其他严重影响公众健康的事件。

注:涵盖突然发生,造成社会公众健康严重损害的重大事件。如:新冠肺炎疫情、鼠疫、霍乱、食物中毒等。

将社区管理和服务通过信息通信技术进行集成,实现社区管理与服务模式流程的优化重组,充分利
