前言
为科学、有效地利用北京市城市地下空间资源,统筹和规范城市综合管廊工程规划设计,协调相关
行业标准,按照《北京市规划委员会“十三五”时期城乡规划标准化工作规划(2016-2020)》和北京市
质量技术监督局《关于印发2016年北京市地方标准制修订项目计划的通知》(京质监标发[2016]22号)
的要求,编制组在广泛调查研究,认真总结实践经验,吸取科研成果以及广泛征求意见的基础上,完成
本规范的编制工作。
本规范的主要技术内容是:1.总则;2.术语与符号;3.基本规定;4.规划;5.总体设计;6.结
构设计;7.附属系统设计;8.智慧管理系统;9.入廊管线设计。
本规范中以黑体字标志的第7.7.3条为强制性条文,以斜体字标志的第3.0.1、3.0.2、3.0.6、4.1.3、
4.3.5、4.3.7、4.3.8、5.5.1、5.5.10、6.1.3、9.1.1、9.4.7、9.5.5、9.6.1条为国家(行业)相关标准强制性
条文,均必须强制执行。
本规范由北京市规划和国土资源管理委员会归口管理,北京市市政工程设计研究总院有限公司负责
具体技术内容的解释,标准日常管理机构为北京市城乡规划标准化办公室。
