非金属矿绿色矿山标准
1范围
本文件规定了非金属矿在矿容矿貌、资源开发及综合利用、矿区生态环境保护与修复、科技创新及
数字化矿山、企业管理及矿地和谐等方面的绿色矿山基本要求。
本文件适用于除建筑材料矿外的其他非金属矿,包括石墨、磷矿、硫铁矿、萤石、石膏、岩盐、芒
硝、高岭土、重晶石、硅石、硼矿、石灰岩、白云岩、长石、海泡石、地热、矿泉水等新建、改扩建和
生产矿山的绿色矿山建设。

3术语和定义
下列术语和定义适用于本标准。
3.1
绿色矿山greenmine
在矿产资源开发全过程中,实施科学有序开采,对矿区及周边生态环境扰动控制在可控范围内,实
现矿区环境生态化、开采方式科学化、资源利用高效化、管理信息数字化、矿区社区和谐化的矿山。
3.2
矿区绿化覆盖率greencoveragerateoftheminingarea
矿区土地绿化面积占矿区工业场地、办公生活区、矿山专用道路两侧绿化带等厂界内现状可绿化面
积的百分比。
3.3
研发及技改投入inputofresearchanddevelopmentandtechnicalinnovation
企业开展研发和技改活动的资金投入。研发和技改活动包括科研开发、技术引进、技术创新、改造
和推广、设备更新,以及科技培训、信息交流、科技协作等。
4总则
4.1绿色矿山建设应贯彻“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”的新发展理念。遵循因矿制宜的原则,
实现矿产资源开发全过程的综合利用、节能减排、环境保护、生态修复、企业文化、矿地和谐等方面的
统筹兼顾和全面发展。
4.2绿色矿山建设应贯穿设计、建设、生产和闭坑全过程。
4.3绿色矿山建设应遵循以人为本的原则,保护劳动者安全和健康。
5矿容矿貌
5.1矿山按开采区、加工区、管理区、生活区和生态区等功能分区,各功能区布局合理符合GB50187
要求。
5.2矿山地面道路、给排水、供电、卫生、安全环保等配套设施齐全。
5.3矿山职工宿舍、食堂、卫生间等生活区干净整洁,卫生状况良好,做好垃圾分类,有专人维护清
理。
5.4生产、生活区内排水系统完善,实现雨污分流、清污分流。
5.5在生产区应设置操作提示牌、说明牌、线路示意图牌等标牌,并符合GB/T13306的规定;在弯道、
陡坡、露天采场、井口、矿坑、生产车间等需警示安全的区域应设置安全标志
