读数、测量显微镜检定规程

范围

本规程适用于分度值不大于0.01mm,测量范围上限至8mm的读数显微镜,以及

分度值不大于0.01mm,测量范围:纵向为(0一50)mm、横向为(0一13)mm的测量

显微镜的首次检定、后续检定和使用中检验。

使用本规程时,应注意使用上述引用文献的现行有效版本。

3概述

读数显微镜和测量显微镜(以下简称显微镜)都是光学机械式长度计量仪器,读数

显微镜主要作为长度计量仪器中的瞄准定位读数装置,也可单独用于刻线宽度、间距等

长度量的测量;测量显微镜的主要用途是通过影像法以直角坐标或极坐标原理测量零件

的形状尺寸。读数显微镜外形结构如图1、图2、图3所示,测量显微镜外形结构如图4

所示。

4计且性能要求

4.1圆工作台受径向力时引起的位移

圆工作台受径向力5N时引起的位移量应不超过0.01mm.

4.2玻璃台面与纵、横向滑板移动方向的平行度

在纵向50mm长度上应不超过0.04mm;在横向13mm长度上应不超过0.01mm.

4.3纵、横向滑板移动的直线度

纵、横向滑板移动的直线度(以角摆表示)应不大于25"0

4.4纵、横向滑板移动的相互垂直度

纵、横向滑板移动的相互垂直度应不超过10.003mm/10mm.

4.5显微镜升降方向对玻璃台面的垂直度

显微镜升降方向对玻璃台面的垂直度应不超过5'a

4.6圆工作台的示值误差

圆工作台的最大允许误差6'0

4.7显微镜的示值误差

最大允许误差见表1要求。
