水质高氯酸盐的测定离子色谱法
警告:实验室中使用的高氯酸盐、甲醇等化学试剂对人体健康有害,操作时应按规定要求佩戴防护器具,避免接触
皮肤和衣物。
1范围
本文件规定了测定水中高氯酸盐的离子色谱法。
本文件适用于地表水、地下水、生活污水和工业废水中高氯酸盐的测定。
当进样体积为500μl,采用碳酸盐淋洗体系时,方法检出限为0.004mg/L,测定下限为0.016mg/L;
当进样体积为500μl,采用氢氧根淋洗体系时,方法检出限为0.005mg/L,测定下限为0.020mg/L。

3方法原理
样品中的高氯酸根离子经阴离子色谱柱交换分离后,通过电导检测器检测,根据保留时间定性,采
用峰高或峰面积定量。
4干扰及消除
4.1若发生色谱峰重叠,可通过降低淋洗液浓度、降低流速方式实现有效分离。
4.2水样中较高浓度的金属离子、氯离子、硫酸根离子、疏水性有机物等会影响柱效,缩短色谱柱使
用寿命。可使用Na型离子净化柱消除或降低样品中的金属离子的影响;使用Ag型离子净化柱消除或降
低样品中氯离子的影响;使用Ba型离子净化柱消除或降低硫酸根离子的影响;使用C18或同类净化柱消
