GB/T23106—2024/IEC61855:2022

前言

本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规

定起草。

本文件代替GB/T23106—2008《家用和类似用途毛发护理器具的性能测试方法》,与GB/T23106—

2008相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:

——增加了风量、负离子干发器的负离子浓度、直发器的拉力、使用寿命试验的测试方法(见5.5、

5.7、5.8和5.10);

——更改了加热时间、温度、干燥速率、跌落试验等测试方法(见5.3、5.4、5.6和5.9,2008年版的

6.4、6.5、6.7和6.9)。

本文件等同采用IEC61855:2022《家用和类似用途毛发护理器具性能测试方法》。

本文件做了下列最小限度的编辑性改动:

——纳入IEC61855:2022/COR1:2024技术勘误的干燥速率确定的有关内容;

——调整了5.5的结构,增加了条标题及公式编号;

——为便于标准的理解与使用,删除了不符合我国国情的注,增加或更改了部分注;

——删除了资料性附录B“供应商地址”。
