本文件的被测物质是我国《化妆品安全技术规范(2015年版)》规定的禁用原料。

禁用原料是指不得作为化妆品原料使用的物质。《化妆品安全技术规范(2015年版)》规定:若技

术上无法避免禁用物质作为杂质带入化妆品时,国家有限量规定的应符合其规定;未规定限量的,应进

行安全性风险评估,确保在正常、合理及可预见的使用条件下不得对人体健康产生危害。
